In my opinion, West Texas Watersports is the best in the game. Better prices, and better service than anyone else around. I have had questions about ballast set ups on a Sunday before and they always answer there phones. I will not shop anywhere else.

Had a great experience, they did not make me fill any pressure to buy and were very willing to work with me to get me what I wanted.

Tony absolutely went above and beyond yet again for me yesterday. Driving to PK for the weekend, and had a hub bearing on my trailer explode. Literally right at closing time, he came out and sweat his butt off with me and found a way to get me back on the road and saved the entire weekend. Keep in mind, he already had his boat loaded up and was putting his own leisure time on hold to help out a guy he had only met once prior 6 years ago. Tony Fussell thanks for being the best customer service dealer West Texas Watersports. When all else failed over a month trying to replace a broke tower on my 17 RZX3 Tony got involved and replaced it and got me back on the water in 24 hours. This is the customer service we all expect when paying this price for a Tige boat but Tony understands and works very hard to get you back on the lake ASAP. All I can say is that I will only buy boats and service my boat with Tony Fussell though he is 2 hours further than my local dealer. Thanks Tony and this is why you are well respected in the Tige community for driving results with customer service

If anyone is looking for a new boat, you need to go visit Tony at West Texas Watersports. We recently purchased a new Tige R20 for Christmas. Tony was very friendly and helpful regarding the purchase of this boat. However, this is not the best part. We have a place on Lake Brownwood, about an hours drive from Abilene ( where West Texas Watersports is located). Tony brought our new boat to us and gave us a crash course on the Lake and showed us what our new R20 could do. He brought it to us on Jan 1,2020 and we had it on the water for about an hour. Would have stayed longer but it was a little chilly. Dont know many people that would do that. When it comes to Customer Service there is no one better than Tony. Cant wait for Summer to get here. Thank you Tony and West Texas Watersports for taking care of the Cordell family!!
